Free GUI controls for download.
On the GUI design page you will find 15 different knobs, designed by saltline, for free download. These can be used in your own VST projects free of charge. We may be able to create custom designs for you (if we have the time).
All controls include relevant text files and a main image and masked image. They are designed for use in synthedit projects and follow the requirements for synthedit skinning. All you need to do, after downloading and unzipping them, is to place them in your skin folder.

GUI Design
Ichi Version 2 freeware, VA synthesizer now available.
Completely rebuilt, Ichi has evolved into a powerful addition to any plugin collection.
Newcomers to synthesis will find the layout mirrors the signal path for easy navigation and a clear understanding of how to manipulate Ichi’s sound.
Patches can be created quickly for stock, bread and butter sounds.
That’s not to say that you can’t dig deeper into this humble instrument, featuring multiple modulation sources and 24 destinations, the sonic possibilities are endless.
Ichi’s oscillator layout will be echoed throughout saltline’s future, synthesis based, instruments allowing the user to understand clearly what their parameter tweaking will effect.
Overall, Ichi is great for performing day to day sound tasks whilst still giving the user instant access to interesting tones and timbres.
Ichi version 1 is still available to download here.
Saltline are currently updating a lot of their VSTs. Old versions will still be available to download. Look for the old versions tab on the instrument and effects pages.
Ni Version 2 will be ready for release soon!
